Job Summary:

Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our North Charleston, SC branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing profits, and ensuring the success of our industrial lifting solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and budget through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Maximize profits and cash flow by analyzing financial reports, managing inventory, and collecting accounts receivable.
  • Create a branch culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to meet with top customers and prospects, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings with the branch team, ensuring ownership and accountability of goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit plans, reports, and analysis for growth, including sales budgets, capital budgets, and overhead reductions.
  • Manage inventory through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Develop and maintain technical and professional knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Manage the fabrication warehouse and uphold a safety culture.

Sales Management Responsibilities:

  • Meet planned sales goals and targets.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the branch sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the sales and customer service team.
  • Understand the top customers and their relationship to our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent work experience.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales and profit goals.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and written skills.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Rigging industry experience preferred.
