Job Description

Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Coordinator to join our team in North Haven, CT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability at our branch location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing fabrication warehouses and ensuring a culture of safety. You will be responsible for achieving operational targets and budget, as well as providing leadership to the branch team and creating a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fabrication warehouse and uphold a safety culture.
  • Achieve operational targets and budget.
  • Responsible for the performance of the branch through analysis of the P&L, acceptable inventory levels, and tracking efficiencies.
  • Create a branch culture of Safety, Quality, and Customer Service Focus, while adhering to company policies and procedures and conducting monthly safety meetings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure service standards are maintained with top customers and/or prospects.
  • Conduct monthly operational meetings with the branch team, assuring ownership and accountability of goals and objectives.
  • Provide input to company leadership on branch specific plans, reports, and analysis for growth.
  • Performance management of team members by coaching, mentoring, motivating, assessing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing, evaluating, and proactively addressing to train, develop, and improve.
  • Manage inventory by conducting weekly cycle counts/annual physical inventory.
  • Continually develop technical and professional knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional trade associations.
  • Point of contact for building, vehicle, and equipment failures, upgrades and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Meeting planned operational goals and targets.
  • Overseeing the bactivities and performance of the branch operations team.
  • Ongoing training of the operations and customer service team.
  • Understanding the top customers and how they relate to our products/services.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent work experience.
  • Results Driven-Goal Oriented.
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding operational and profit goals.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills.
  • Proficient at recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
  • Effective communication.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Skillful with Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Rigging Industry Experience—Preferred.
