Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. Job Summary:

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
