Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest emergency care practices and protocols.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- NIHSS or Stroke Certification preferred.
- COVID vaccination/boosters preferred.
- BVP (MAB) training.
