Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team at Longfellow Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Assist in the preparation, production, and responsibilities of their station as assigned by the chef team.
