Mixology Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to enhance our beverage service experience. This role involves crafting and serving a wide array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while ensuring a pristine and well-organized bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Crafting:
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. Utilize your expertise in cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to guide patrons in their selections. - Customer Engagement:
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by delivering exceptional service. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their tastes. - Bar Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service. Adhere to health and safety regulations to uphold a safe environment. - Menu Innovation:
Stay informed about current trends in mixology and contribute to the development of new drink offerings. Collaborate with management to refresh the drink menu regularly. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences. Communicate effectively with team members to address any operational challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of beverage preparation and service techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of health and safety standards is required, along with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
