Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquets Bartender to join our team at the Broadmoor Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by mixing and serving a wide range of beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders from guests and servers, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our beverage menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the back bar and service stations.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain a high level of inventory control.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel's policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Knowledge of Colorado liquor laws and regulations.
Working Conditions

The work environment for this role is fast-paced and dynamic, with a high level of energy and activity.
