Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Utilize your expertise in cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to guide patrons in their selections.
- Ensure precision in ingredient measurements and maintain high standards of quality.

Customer Engagement:
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding service.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor customer behavior to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.

Bar Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and glassware.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation.
- Operate bar equipment efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.

Creativity and Innovation:
- Stay informed about mixology trends and new beverage options.
- Develop unique cocktails and seasonal drink offerings.
- Collaborate with management to update drink menus based on customer preferences.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with bar staff and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any operational issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink cost calculations.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.
