Key Responsibilities- Assess daily dialysis patient care needs and develop patient care assignments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes for dialysis patients
- Evaluate the effectiveness of dialysis treatments and identify any issues affecting desired patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement activities, including data collection for the dialysis unit's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan
- Respond to patient complaints and manage through established channels
- Work with internal and external resources to maintain machine maintenance and partnership with home dialysis departments
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Minimum one year of registered nurse experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
