Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care, educate patients and families on disease management, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • RN licensure in the state of Missouri
  • Current BLS certification
  • 1+ year of experience in dialysis nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 2+ years of experience in dialysis nursing
  • Certification in nephrology nursing
