Current Opportunities:

Utility Operators: Responsible for the upkeep and operation of various utility systems and equipment, along with sanitation tasks to ensure food safety compliance necessary for production processes.

Bulk Operators: Tasked with loading bulk delivery vessels and performing sanitation duties to uphold food safety standards within the bulk department.

Elevator Operators: Charged with operating and maintaining elevators or lifts, along with sanitation responsibilities to meet food safety requirements essential for the movement of raw materials throughout the facility.

Warehouse Operators: Ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing raw materials and finished products.

Pack Operators: Overseeing the operation of packing equipment, processing, and packaging products while adhering to sanitation protocols.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs multiple times daily
  • Climb ladders and perform lifting tasks
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, crouch, kneel, and reach
  • Work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat and cold
  • Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

Team members must be clean-shaven for tasks requiring respiratory protection.
