Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct field personnel to achieve quality workmanship and adherence to original plans and specifications.
  • Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems, and order materials as necessary.
  • Understand project plans and specifications, and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and employees.
  • Prepare and schedule completion of final punch lists, and promote job site safety and encourage safe work practices.
  • Ensure all company employees and contractors adhere to the company safety policy, and maintain an organized job site.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of field experience and/or degree in Construction Management.
  • NCCER Certification in Industrial Carpentry or willingness to test.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction.
  • Valid TWIC Card, OSHA Basic Plus, and ability to pass all Safety Council related courses.
  • Pre-Employment Screening (physical, drug & alcohol screen, audiogram, fit test if applicable).
  • Valid Driver's License to operate company equipment and/or vehicles.
Working Conditions

The Industrial Construction Superintendent will work in a field/jobsite environment, with exposure to extreme hot or cold outside temperatures. Occasional evening/weekend work or travel may be required.
