Job Title: Revenue Recovery Specialist

Boost Healthcare is seeking a skilled Revenue Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will play a critical role in identifying and recovering revenue for our healthcare clients.

Job Summary:

The Revenue Recovery Specialist will be responsible for investigating claims, following up with payers, collecting insurance accounts receivable, and escalating stalled claims to enhance revenue collection for our clients. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate claims and identify potential revenue recovery opportunities
  • Follow up with payers to resolve claim issues and collect outstanding payments
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue recovery rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the revenue cycle or healthcare finance related field required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of billing/collection rules, regulations, systems, and databases
  • Critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and financial acumen
  • Strong Initiative, detail oriented
