Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Organization Specialist to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment and adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Support customer service efforts by ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts to maintain a high level of store appearance and organization.
  • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
