About the Job

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Pipefitter to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and testing process piping in a heavy industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test process piping ranging from 1/2" pipe to 36" pipe on a Water Treatment Facility.
  • Work with various pipe materials, including PVC, DIP, Steel, SST, and FRP.
  • Contribute to the layout, setting elevations, and grade of piping systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure safe working environments and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pipe-fitter/mechanical trade.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with carbon steel, copper (soldering, brazing), and PVC installations.
  • Ability to set up and perform piping tests.
  • Reliable transportation to job site.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work well with others.
