Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in supervising a team and managing maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance team members, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimizing downtime
  • Manage maintenance inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on supervisory or management roles
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
