About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Assistant Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Team, you will provide support to our Chief Investment Officer, Head of Due Diligence, and Chief Market Strategist. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing existing and prospective managers and strategies, participating in manager meetings and Investment Committee meetings, and supporting our firms M&A activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the Investment Team, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment managers and strategies.
  • Participate in manager meetings and Investment Committee meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Support the integration of investment platforms and model portfolios as part of our M&A activity.
  • Serve as a resource to our Advisors for a wide range of ad hoc investment requests.
  • Support our Outsourced Chief Investment Officer offering with third-party Wealth Managers.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to support organic growth and client retention.
  • Initiate and pursue ideas to further our Key Results, increase efficiency, and improve the client experience.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience working in a wealth management capacity, preferably at an RIA.
  • Completed or pursuing CAIA, CIMA, or CFA.
  • Bachelors' degree or higher; major in finance, economics, engineering, math, data analytics, or a quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with a third-party manager diligence tool is a plus.
