Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including bathrooms, windows, closets, and areas underneath beds, chairs, tables, sinks, etc.
    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
    • Report any needed repairs or maintenance to the supervisor.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Stock and maintain an orderly housekeeping cart.
    • Complete special projects as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or supervisors.
  • Guest Services
    • Ensure that guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
    • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
