RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's software
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions, recording amounts on repair orders or counter tickets
  • Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers
  • Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Address customer complaints with diplomacy and refer them to the right personnel for resolution
  • Maintain organized filing systems for Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, and related documents
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
  • Ability to effectively communicate customer needs to management and sales teams
  • Professional appearance is required
  • Willingness to undergo a background check prior to employment
