The Lead Cashier plays a vital role in our store's success by generating maximum sales potential through exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring merchandise is replenished to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize Sales Volume by providing excellent customer service and promoting products effectively.
- Maintain Visual Presentation Standards by ensuring the store appearance is consistent with our division's philosophy and direction.
- Develop Sales Associates by recruiting, training, and mentoring them to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Operational Excellence by executing management-level cash register functions, ensuring accuracy in paperwork, and following company policies and procedures.
- Visual Presentation by maintaining store appearance, replenishing merchandise, and executing markdowns and re-merchandising as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with customers and associates.
- Leadership Skills to motivate and develop sales associates to meet goals and objectives.
- Attention to Detail to maintain store appearance and ensure accuracy in paperwork.
- Flexibility to work rotating hours as assigned by management.
