Position Overview
Infosys is looking for a Terraform Developer specializing in AWS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the consulting team, responsible for identifying and defining client challenges, assessing potential solutions, and providing strategic recommendations. Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive design documents, architectural frameworks, and process guidelines, as well as executing deployment strategies. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure that our clients receive impactful consulting solutions that address the evolving demands of the global market.
Location Requirements
This position is available in multiple locations. Candidates should be within commuting distance of specified locations or be open to relocation. Travel to project sites may be necessary.

Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with three years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology is necessary.
- Proficiency in Terraform and AWS is required.
- Experience in software development processes, automation, release management, and environment management is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience in automation using AWS CloudFormation templates.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell and Python, as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
- Experience with database technologies including MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) principles in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in developing and maintaining build and deployment configurations for continuous integration.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery management and ensuring application availability.
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems, including firmware upgrades and performance tuning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
- A desire to work in a global delivery context.
- Strong communication skills to articulate daily activities and project progress.
