Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician at CLASS

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (CLASS). As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in various settings, including their homes and communities.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior therapy plans, collecting and recording data, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide support to children and their families in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior therapy plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data accurately and efficiently in accordance with CLASS policies
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Provide support to children and their families in various settings, including their homes and communities
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $16-$28 DOE and education
  • $500 bonus for current RBTs paid within first 30-days of employment
  • $300 bonus if onboarding is completed within 3 weeks
  • $200 bonus if onboarding is completed within 2 weeks
