Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership and guidance to Behavior Consultants and therapists, fostering a positive team culture and promoting professional growth.
- Collaborate with Behavior Consultants to oversee and ensure effective implementation of treatment plans, providing comprehensive case management and data review.
- Provide BCBA supervision to supervisees working towards BCBA certification, offering guidance and support in their professional development.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize naturalistic ABA principles to address each individual's unique needs.
- Lead, manage, and hold behavior consultants and therapists accountable, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Mentor and support the development of behavior consultants and therapists, facilitating their effective implementation of ABA strategies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- BCBA certification or eligibility for certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA services, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
