Job Title: BCBA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Supervisor to join our team at Dream Big Children's Center. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our clinical team and providing supervision to our Behavior Consultants.

Job Summary:

The BCBA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of treatment plans, providing clinical supervision to Behavior Consultants, and mentoring and training new staff members. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Consultants, including assessment, goal writing, and data review
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that prioritize naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Mentor and train new staff members, including Behavior Consultants and therapists
  • Collaborate with parents and families to ensure seamless integration of ABA strategies into their everyday lives
  • Lead and manage the clinical team, including Behavior Consultants and therapists
  • Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance with parents, families, and individuals receiving services
  • Analyze data and monitor client progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing goals for program progression
Requirements:
  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in active standing
  • At least three years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred
  • Complete TB test and livescan clearance
Working Conditions:

This position requires working at the Dream Big center 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week (as scheduled on a monthly basis). The ability to focus in a noisy and busy environment is required. Must be available to attend training one Saturday (half-day) per quarter and one training session on a Saturday or Sunday (half-day) per quarter.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, running, squatting, bending over, kneeling, and sitting on the floor.
