About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team at STEM Talent Solutions.

This role involves overseeing the development of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop Project Timelines: Create and maintain project schedules in collaboration with estimating staff.
  • Manage Project Costs: Review and manage project budgets, including addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate Site Management: Oversee site safety and quality, working closely with superintendents and division managers.
  • Develop and Manage RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals: Coordinate with designated subcontractors and ensure proper owner/architect approvals.
