Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural analysis and design for various types of buildings, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design work is coordinated and meets project requirements.
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Develop and implement structural design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with a focus on building design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, including the International Building Code (IBC) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) standards.
- Experience with structural analysis software, such as RAM and ETABS.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure and other building information modeling (BIM) software.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- EIT registration and/or PE licensure in the state of Florida.
- Ability to work on a variety of projects, including aviation, commercial, cultural/religious, K-12, higher education, government, healthcare, hospitality, residential, retail, and sports/entertainment projects.
