The Associate Optometrist is a key leader in the organization, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results through collaboration and teamwork.
As a seasoned Optometrist, you will ensure that all patients receive the highest quality care by performing clinical protocols and maximizing results. You will also be responsible for practicing growth through strong partnerships with the MOD, SMM, and team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and listener, with a commitment to quality patient care and a solid understanding of current Optometric theory and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
- Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
- Ensure the Brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community.
- Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
- Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.
- Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
- Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service through ensuring staff performs the following Service Process steps:
- Address all patients/customers visual lifestyle needs
- Make eyewear recommendations based on patients/customers' needs
- Explain each step of the eye exam; listen carefully to patients/customers
- Utilize available tools and visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health, and overall well-being
- Communicate effectively with patients the need for annual eye exams. Ensure all patients are appointed in TAB for their next eye exam
- Doctor of Optometry
