Licensed Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Delta-T Group. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work with individuals struggling with substance abuse, mental health, and IDD issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting diagnostic assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Review and approve diagnostic assessments completed by other clinicians
- Participate in treatment team meetings and link families to appropriate services
- Work with the Clinical Director to develop and implement treatment plans
- Complete Relias trainings and attend required meetings
Requirements
- Current LICSW/LPC/LGSW license in Virginia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
