Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist LCSW/LPCC to join our team at Altru Health. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to patients, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and short and long-term therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, assessing patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, and counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups.
  • Maintain accurate records, process progress notes, and complete billing procedures.
  • Collaborate with community resources, healthcare providers, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, evaluating and improving current and new programs.
  • Perform utilization review and collaborate with Primary Care Providers to ensure patient progress and changing needs.
Certifications and Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent sitting, occasional standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling/finger/feel activities. The ideal candidate will be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than 10 pounds.

Driving Requirements

This position is classified as an infrequent driver.
