Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Project Coordinator to join our team at LayerZero Power Systems Inc.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent defects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Licenses/Certifications: US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status.
