Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Collaboration
    1. Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, and other parties to provide leadership for assigned projects.
    2. Develop detailed job descriptions, labor, and material estimates for offsite modular projects.
  2. Financial Management
    1. Oversee the overall financial performance of all assigned projects, including cost control, management, and forecasting.
    2. Prepare accurate project monthly contract valuations and manage billing, collections, and retention receivables.
  3. Project Administration
    1. Initiate, review, and oversee project administration and documentation to avoid back charges and claims.
    2. Ensure contracts are secured, reviewed, processed, and executed promptly.
  4. Scheduling & Coordination
    1. Schedule and coordinate projects in logical steps, budgeting time to meet deadlines.
    2. Initiate setup, monitoring, and updating of project schedules.
  5. Contract & Negotiation
    1. Oversee contract negotiations, revisions, and adherence by all parties.
    2. Negotiate, prepare, and execute subcontract agreements.
  6. Stakeholder Relations
    1. Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, including owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespersons, and craft workers.
    2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $165,000 per year.
