About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Market Street Talent, Inc. as a key member of our Information Technology division. This is a fully onsite role that requires a strong background in financial systems and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Design and develop applications to provide business teams with quality solutions, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Hyperion suite, especially FDMEE, HFM, and EPBCS.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical leadership to the Development and Operations teams, resolving technical issues and documenting solutions.
  • Enhancement and Innovation: Spearhead the design of enhancements and new product features, driving a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration with support teams.
  • System Performance: Collaborate with QA to create test plans, optimize and monitor system performance, and provide timely resolution to emergency production issues.
  • Software Development: Modify existing software to provide new functionality, correct errors, improve performance, or adapt for new integrations.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve HFM functional and technical issues and database issues by working with technical staff, functional users, and extended support organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience: 8 or more years of development experience with Oracle Hyperion suite, especially FDMEE, HFM, and EPBCS.
  • Skills: Strong experience designing workflow and metadata management and design in HFM, experience with cloud and on-prem Hyperion applications, proficiency in at least one programming language, and VBscripts.
  • Background: Accounting background strongly preferred, professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or Oracle.
