Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bagger to join our team at Festival Foods. As a Bagger, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful check-out experience.
  • Efficient Bagging: Bag groceries according to our procedures, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Checkout Area: Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Communication: Share customer requests and feedback to leadership team.
  • Parcel Pickup: Provide prompt and courteous parcel pick-up service.
  • Support Team Goals: Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
  • Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
  • Guest Focus: Ability to create a welcoming environment and provide superior service.
  • Attention to Detail: Efficiently bag items while maintaining the quality of products.
  • Team Player: Communicate effectively with associates and customers.
  • Skills: Ability to read, count, and write accurately, and operate necessary equipment.
Work Environment

The Bagger will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
