Home Health Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes to help them achieve independence and maintain their daily living skills. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve functional abilities.

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Requirements
  • Current professional license as required by the state
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
Compensation and Benefits
