Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Occupational Therapist to work autonomously while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician recommendations and patients' goals.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Document all clinical findings, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with a current license to practice in the state of Virginia.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a occupational therapist, with a focus on home health care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

This estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
