Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Ameripack Foods LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Haccp and GMP standards. Your duties will include monitoring and following up on any deficiencies with the manager, as well as adding hold tags to rejected products and inspecting them to ensure corrections have been made.

You will also be responsible for enforcing policies and programs, and ensuring that standards are being met. To be successful in this role, you will need intermediate computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stand in a hot or cold environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Haccp and GMP compliance
  • Follow up on deficiencies with the manager
  • Add hold tags to rejected products
  • Inspect rejected products to ensure corrections have been made
  • Enforce policies and programs
  • Ensure standards are being met

Requirements:

  • Intermediate computer skills
