    3. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems, including electrical circuits, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC units.
    4. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance work that cannot be handled in-house.
    5. Manage maintenance supplies and tools inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are on hand for routine and emergency repairs.
    6. Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    7. Document maintenance activities, including detailing repairs made, parts used, and time spent, to maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Requirements:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in industrial maintenance or mechanical engineering technology preferred.
    2. 5+ years of experience in a maintenance position, including electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and HVAC.
    3. Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States required.
    4. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification or HVAC certification highly recommended.
