In this internship, you will assist in broadening our client network and nurturing relationships with current clients. This role provides invaluable experience in marketing, business development, sales, and client relationship management within the human resources and staffing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation through diverse channels, including online research, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Help maintain a database of potential clients and monitor outreach efforts.
  • Facilitate regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist the business development team in tailoring proposals to meet client requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content and visuals that highlight our services and value proposition.
  • Assist in tracking and evaluating sales data, including pipeline activity, client engagement, and revenue metrics.
  • Support the team in preparing sales forecasts and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
  • Help organize and coordinate client events, webinars, and industry networking functions.
  • Maintain client databases and document interactions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.

Appointment Length: Flexible with academic schedules.

Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per week, adaptable to availability and academic commitments.

Support Provided: This position will be overseen by the Business Development team, with comprehensive instructions for all tasks provided.
