Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at RN-Staff is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in a safe and timely manner, adhering to the 5 Rights of medication administration.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Communicate effectively with the charge nurse, updating them on any changes in resident condition.
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with answering call lights and other responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
