- Order and interpret lab tests, diagnostic studies, and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
- Provide education to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Assess and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Master's or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active, current, full, and unrestricted APN license to practice in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Basic Certification in an area of clinical specialty from a nationally recognized certifying body.
- Leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing patient panels, populations, or programs.
