Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active, current, full, and unrestricted APN license to practice in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
  • Basic Certification in an area of clinical specialty from a nationally recognized certifying body.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing patient panels, populations, or programs.
