We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Medical Support Specialist in Des Moines, IA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of intake forms
  • Take vitals and greet patients
  • Explain after-care instructions and create a warm and comforting environment for patients
