Job OverviewMyTeam Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team in a reputable medical organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year current physician office or clinic experience working as a clinical medical assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including rooming patients, confirming appointment reasons, and documenting pharmacy calls. Additionally, they will assist with cleaning and setting up treatment rooms, ordering tests and prescriptions, and scanning documents into patient files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and support
  • Assist with clinical procedures and sterilization
  • Document patient information and relay messages
  • Order tests and prescriptions as requested
  • Scan documents into patient files

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a clinical medical assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
