Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and sanitation operations of our plant facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the entire plant is thoroughly cleaned and meets the required standards for production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities of sanitation workers to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
  • Ensure the safe operation of the sanitation shift and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with plant personnel, USDA representatives, and chemical suppliers to resolve sanitation-related issues
  • Inventory and manage sanitation-related products and maintain a budget for sanitation operations
  • Train and supervise sanitation employees to ensure they follow established cleaning procedures
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a food or poultry processing facility
  • Directly related work experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of educational requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
