Physical Therapist

Floral Long Term Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our residents. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and regain their independence.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a personalized treatment plan.
- Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions, education, and support to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document and record patients' progress, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
- Supervise and educate Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
- Valid professional license and registration for the state of NY.
- Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary range: $60 - $65 per hour.
