Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, metal-forming, and machine operation tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage inventory control, material handling, and shipping/receiving processes
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to work accurately at a fast pace and meet production deadlines
- Excellent attendance and punctuality required
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test
