Job Summary
">This Nursing Leadership Manager position is integral to improving patient outcomes in a collaborative environment. The role involves coordinating incident responses, assisting with hiring and staff education, and providing direct patient care when needed.
Position Responsibilities
">- Provides oversight for the provision of care.
- Serves as a resource to the direct care staff.
- Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events.
- Supports the Director of Nursing with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will be a Graduate of an accredited RN program with inpatient experience strongly preferred. In accordance with the emergency regulation issued by the City of Philadelphia requiring hospital workers to be fully vaccinated, all employees and contractors of Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia are required to be fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
Salary Information
">The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. With a focus on quality behavioral health services, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
