As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Your responsibilities will include accurately counting and packaging units according to customer specifications, while observing safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

PACKAGING QUALITY:
Accurately count units according to specifications
Ensure UPC, case label, weight, and code are correct to production schedule

FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY:
Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and OSHA regulations to ensure safe and quality products
Complete product changeovers as dictated by specifications
Complete daily and weekend cleaning
Complete proper documentation

WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform weekly and weekend cleaning on equipment and surrounding areas
Work with cleaning chemicals
Always utilize all required PPE

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform any added duties as assigned by supervision
Attend all required training sessions
Work overtime as required
Follow GHP (Good Housekeeping Practices), as well as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Work towards attaining and maintaining GFSI & BRC certifications

Requirements:

GENERAL EDUCATION
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communication

Preferred:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
