As a key member of our activities department, you'll play a vital role in planning and executing life-enriching activities that promote the social welfare and interests of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Life Enrichment Coordinator/Director in planning and coordinating activities and events.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for activities, including inventory management and setup.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Coordinator/Director to ensure seamless execution of activities and events.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in senior living or a similar setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in general computer skills and ability to learn new software.
