Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Director to oversee day-to-day operations of our healthcare-focused technology services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, contract management, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
    • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Create and deliver effective training and development programs for employees.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth operation of office technology and systems.
    • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor and manage budgets for office supplies, facilities, and other operational expenses.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Supervise and manage contract management functions to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Operations Director, HR Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT or healthcare industries.
