Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Terrazzo and Marble Supply Co. in Michigan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business and promoting the sales of our stone product lines through kitchen and bath dealers, designers, and fabricators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, fabricators, and end-users to promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and educational seminars to promote our products and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and account rankings.
  • Collaborate with the local branch to coordinate sales activities and appointments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-resolution and consultative sales skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Proficient in contact management systems, databases, internet, order processing, spreadsheet, and word processing.
